Bio: Penny has been in and out of foster homes since she was a year old, she steals things from whom ever her new foster family is and gambles it off. She has a lot of money and expensive things stashed away that she either stoll or pit from someone. She tough herself how to use a pistal even though it took quiet some time to learn, she took the pistal from one of her foster fathers when she was 5. Shes very good act sneeking around with out making a sound and beng as quiet as a mouse, this gives her great and good advantages She has very slick eyes, she can spot anything, it can be very small and far away, anything. Right now shes being sent to her 39th foster home. She goes out with out telling her foster parents anything, she sometimes goes out for long periods of time. She also skips school a lot. He has been to boot camp 8 times but always escapes, since hes very quick on his feet. He can be sneeky and quiet and can spot things like Penny. He never knew his parents or his own family since he never met them before, he has killed over a large number of people in the past and incuding now. Hes does numerous kinds of drugs and drinks different kinds of alcohol, he smokes whatever. He goes out a lot with out telling anyone most of the times, he sometimes stays out all day and night most of the times. He doesn't care, his icy blue-green eyes hold no shame.
